The standard hours of operation of the heating and air conditioning systems are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 7:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday.  Special arrangements should be made for any HVAC needed outside of those hours.

Each Tenant must select at least one primary contact person familiar with procedures, fees and lease terms for communication with the Management Office regarding requests for additional heating or cooling.  Only this person(s), will be allowed to make requests for overtime HVAC.  This will eliminate the possibility of confusion on both the part of the Tenant and the Management Office.
